Girls' Night Out Seminar Series
Topic: Behind Bedroom Doors
You are invited to attend our free January Girls’ Night Out seminars
Because you’ve asked and we’ve listened, this month’s seminar will be dedicated to helping couples build positive, healthy, and meaningful relationships.
Bingham Memorial’s Karla Adams, certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C), will be speaking about healthy sexual and intimate relationships, and will dispel some of the biggest myths around sex. Karla has been working in the medical field for more than 25 years and sees patients of all ages in Blackfoot.
In addition, Bingham Memorial’s Suzanne Godfrey, board-certified counsellor (LCPC, NCC), will talk about sexual activity and relationships from a psychological perspective, like loss of libido (now occurring at epidemic rates). She has training and experience in the areas of positive psychology, personal strengths, healthy relationships, emotional awareness, effective communication, and sexual wellness.
Suzanne states, “I believe romantic relationships should enhance the lives and safety of each within the union; ideally, the relationship should be a force greater than the sum of its parts.”
