If you are attending the Gastric Banding Seminar in Blackfoot, Follow these directions:

  • Take I-15 Exit 93 for Blackfoot/Arco
  • Turn EAST onto US-26 & go ONE MILE
  • Turn LEFT onto OAK STREET
  • Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto POPLAR STREET
  • The main entrance is on your LEFT
  • The office is located on the 3rd FLOOR

    If you are attending the Gastric Banding Seminar in Idaho Falls, follow these directions:
  • Take I-15 Exit 116 for Idaho Falls/Jackson
  • Turn EAST onto  Sunnyside Road, and go 5 miles
  • Turn LEFT onto Channing Way, and go 0.4 miles
  • The Hampton Inn (2500 Channing Way) is located on the LEFT
  • Seminars are located inside the Hampton Inn

  • Take I-15 Exit 69, the Clark Street Exit
  • Turn WEST onto Center Street & go 0.2 miles
  • Turn LEFT onto Vista Drive & go 0.4 miles
  • The Hampton Inn (151 Vista Drive) is located on your LEFT
  • Seminars are located inside the Hampton Inn
