Annie Dixon, PA-CSpecialty: Family Medicine Annie received both her Bachelor in Biology and her Master in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University. She is certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Neonatl Resuscitation. She specializes in Autistic Disorder and other child psychiatric conditions such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Asperger s Disorder, Down Syndrome, or other learning disorders and developmental delays. As a young mother of a child with Autism, she understands the unique needs of patients with Autism. Annie was born and raised in Pocatello. She loves Southeast Idaho and is excited to be able to practice medicine here. As a primary care provider she looks forward to seeing a wide variety of patients, and helping guide them to the correct specialty care providers when necessary. She strives to optimize her patients health and is happy to assist those who use Medicaid and Medicare. Annie, and her husband Jason, have two children. She enjoys water-skiing, snowboarding, soccer, dirt bike riding, running, remodeling houses, and scrapbooking. She is also a founder and the Board Chairman for the Academy at Roosevelt Center Charter School in Pocatello, a member of the Coalition of Idaho Charter School Families, and the Autism Society of America. Annie loves Pocatello and is excited to serve her community. Each patient is approached in a high quality and caring manner, the same way she treats her children, siblings, parents, and grandparents. |
