Travis Christensen, P.A.-C

Travis Christensen is a certified Physician Assistant with experience in Family and Emergency Medicine.

As a child, Travis grew up on a farm and always thought he would be a farmer. After speaking with his cousin, who is also a physician assistant, he decided to study medicine. Travis went on to be a medical technician for five years before pursuing a physician assistant degree.

Travis' hard work ethic paid off when he graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelors degree, and later received a masters from Idaho State University. As a physician assistant, Travis did rotations at a variety of offices including Dr. Baker's office in Idaho Falls and in Madison Memorial's emergency room.

Travis likes being a physician assistant because it brings with it a variety of cases including urgent care, family practice, and workers compensation. He enjoys being able to help his patients and believes a good relationship with patients is important for understanding their needs and choosing the best treatment options.

Travis is married and has one daughter with a second child on the way. He loves spending time in the outdoors hunting, fishing, riding horses, and ATV's. He is also a fan of BYU football.
