Jonathan T. Morgan, DO
Bingham Memorial Hospital is pleased to introduce Jonathan T. Morgan, DO, board-certified neurosurgeon.
Initially on a literary path, Dr. Morgan completed his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with an emphasis in creative writing from the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana. He then completed a Post Baccalaureate Premedical Program at Millersville University in Millersville, Pennsylvania, before obtaining his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in neurosurgery, and was a Chief Resident of Neurosurgery, at the Harvey Cushing Institutes of Neuroscience at the North Shore University Hospital Manhasset in New York.
Dr. Morgan is trained to treat all spinal disorders using standards of surgical intervention as well as the latest minimally invasive technologies. He specializes in dynamic stabilization of the spine, spine biomechanics, pediatric neurosurgery, and cerebrovascular/endovascular neurosurgery.
When Dr. Morgan is not helping to change people’s quality of life, he enjoys fly-fishing, hunting, and playing golf. In addition, he has not left his passion for literature behind. He still continues to pursue his goals of writing a novel and a compilation of short stories.
