Feta cheese or shredded coconut (depending on taste)
Chopped fresh mint
(be sure and add other fruit as it comes into season)
Slice entire watermelon into rounds of your desired thickness
Wash and slice fruit
Top water melon "pizza" with sliced fruit
Sprinkle with mint and feta cheese or shredded coconut and drizzle lime juice on top
Slice into wedges, serve and enjoy!
