Bingham Diabetes Resource Center

Bingham Memorial Hospital is dedicated to providing a diabetes education program to our community. Our diabetes program instructs patients in medical self-care and health promotion and encourages patients to take responsibility for their health. As patients gain a better understanding of diabetes, they have greater success in treating their disease.

Dr. Sherwin D Souza is the director of Bingham Memorial Hospital's Diabetic Program. Dr. D'Souza is an internal medicine physician who specializes in diabetes. The diabetes education program is managed by Kathy Puckett, R.D., CDE, a specially trained diabetes educator that will help you to learn lifestyle changes that can help with diabetes.
