When you arrive at Bingham Memorial Hospital to be admitted as a patient, you will be required to register. One of our friendly admissions team members will meet you at the entrance of the hospital, and they will guide you through the simple process of completing the necessary paperwork. During the admissions process, you will be asked to provide information about yourself and your insurance coverage. This information will be stored in a computer file with a designated account number linking your medical and billing records.
