Brad L. Walker, FNP-C*

Specialty: Family Medicine
*This provider proudly participates in the Bingham Direct Program.

Bingham Memorial Hospital welcomes Brad L. Walker, NP, to our family of medical service providers in Pocatello.

Brad is a family nurse practitioner with over 35 years of experience. He has worked in emergency rooms and urgent care centers in Utah, Pocatello, and Idaho Falls. Brad has extensive training in family medicine, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and life flight.

Brad went to college with the aspirations of becoming an electrical engineer, but his career path took a significant turn because of his mother. After the birth of Brad’s first child, she suggested a part-time job at the hospital to help pay for the bill. He started in housekeeping, and worked part time in the operating room. This experience peaked his interest in medicine and later that year, he was accepted into the RN program at BYU Provo.

For Brad, the patient comes first. He works to provide the best medical care, and will do everything possible to ensure this standard is maintained.

Brad makes sure that every detail is addressed during your visit. He likes to ask, and make sure your expectations are met, and that you feel comfortable and confident in the health decisions you make together.

Brad is an avid fisherman, and can often be found in his drift boat anywhere between Blackfoot and Island Park. He loves sports, especially basketball, flying radio controlled model airplanes, and anything to do with Disneyland in southern California.
