Bingham Memorial Hospital is pleased to welcome Brian Johnson, certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C), as part of our medical team. Brian has a background in nursing that spans more than 18 years and brings experience in hospital, emergency room, and clinic environments.

Born and raised in Preston, Idaho, Brian started his career as a paramedic, became a life flight nurse, and then worked as an emergency room nurse. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Southern Utah University and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Frontier Nursing University.

Specializing in emergency medicine and urgent care, Brian provides a wide range of primary care services and is skilled at the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic issues. Brian instills confidence his patients and team members, complemented by his compassion and being a calming force in every situation.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. They are very involved in the 4-H club, and Brian enjoys riding horses and providing horse riding safety trainings. He loves being outdoors as much as possible, and is passionate about cowboy mounted shooting, camping and hunting, especially for elk.

Brian is currently practicing at the 1st Choice Urgent care Blackfoot, Idaho. He accepts walk-ins and is always welcoming new patients.
