Surgical Treatments & Services
As a last resort, our surgeons may recommend a surgical option. Combined, our talented team of surgeons bring a unique skillset not available anywhere else in Idaho. The Idaho Back Institute is the only place in Idaho where patients can have an endoscopic spine surgery. This is an outpatient spine surgery performed through a single incision that is only a centimeter long, the least invasive technique for any spine surgery.
Our surgeons also perform other surgeries including disc replacements—an alternative to fusion that preserves and even improves spine motion. In addition, they perform routine spine surgeries such as spinal arthroplasty, discectomies, and fusions in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spines.
